Watchmen, a new HBO superhero drama based on Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons’ graphic novel “watchmen” is stepped out in the form of an excellent television series sequel of sorts with the promise to manage the nostalgia of the original work while developing new grounds.

When the series will be premiere on HBO?
All-new episodes of this series will be premiered on HBO on October 20 in the US. It is also released on Sky Atlantic and Now TV on Monday, October 21 at 9 PM in the UK, when Game of Thrones and Westworld series aired.
The storyline of the HBO series
The show focuses on the plot where police officers wear masks to hide their identity while a gang of far-right activists also known as the seventh cavalry appropriate the style of a reality show characters Rorschach, for their end.
The official synopsis of the series takes place in an alternate contemporary reality in the United States, in which superheroes and masked vigilantes were outlawed due to their violent methods, but some of them gather around to start a revolution while others attempt to stop it.
