According to the Netflix announcement, this upcoming comedy-drama series will be premiered on October 24, 2019.
Daybreak: Synopsis
Daybreak, an all-new web series on Netflix 2019, follows the story of a young boy, 17-year-old Josh who is finding his missing girlfriend Sam in post-apocalyptic Glendale, California. The all-new teen series is not restricted to high school, but it shows Glendale, the city populated by offensive goons of gamers, the jocks, the 4-H Club, and fearsome people called Ghoulies.
Daybreak show how Josh, joined by a group of rowdy people that includes Wesley, Josh’s high school bully, who now turned to pacifist samurai and Angelica, a 12-year old pyromania, stay alive in a dangerous world to find out his missing girlfriend.
The series contains a total of ten episodes in the first season and many more are yet to come in new seasons.
