Doctor Sleep is an upcoming horror movie of 2019 written and directed by Stephen King and Mike Flanagan. It is based on the 2013 novel of the same name which is a sequel to King’s 1977 novel “The Shining”.
The story of this best movie focuses on the years following the events of “The Shining”. A now-adult Dan Torrence meets a young girl with similar powers as his and tries to protect her from a cult known as The True Knot who preys on children with powers to remain immortal.

The popular movie continues the story of Danny Torrance, 40 years after his terrifying stay at the Overlook Hotel in “The Shining”.
