B Positive is the rom-com series that revolves around the renal failure that is need of kidney donor meets with an organ donor, the last person he ever would’ve imagined. What is the plot of the series?
The series revolves around Drew played by Middleditch, a therapist, a nearly divorced man who comes to know that his urinary issues have confirmed in worst conditions- renal failure.
The doctor advised him to find the kidney doctor till the situation become more worst. He is resistant to ask with his ex-wife Julia and daughter Maddie and also doesn’t have good friends.
While struggling to find the kidney donor, he meets his old friend Gina from high school played by Annaleigh Ashford, who works as a shuttle driver for an assisted living facility. She is an alcoholic, partygoer, and generous woman who volunteers one of her own, a woman he once meets, and later they make an unlikely bond.
They feel connected with the bond of friendship. Together they begin the journey of their life that will influence each other lives and actions.
It is interesting to watch how Drew juggles between life and death, turned the scary subject of the medical issue into comedy gold. The two opposite world somehow going to form an unexpected bond of friendship is interesting to watch and where this bond leads in the coming episode.

Maggie Elizabeth Jones as Maddie:
Elizabeth Jones will be seen as Maddie, who is the only daughter of Drew and Julia. Maggie, an American child actress, best known for roles in We Bought a Zoo, the Fox sitcom Ben and Kate.
