What is the plot of the documentary?

According to the official synopsis on HBO Max-“The film shines a light on the extraordinary impact of Driskell’s exhibit on generations of Black artists. He have staked a claim on their rightful place within the 21st-Century art world.”

The documentary depicts the introduction to the work of new generation artists who made a contribution of Black American artists in today’s contemporary art world.

Black Art look at Black American Art and representation using David Driskell’s landmark Two centuries of Black American Art exhibition as a framing device.

Director Sam Pollard shares experience in working in documentary was a wonderful experience. He fortunate enough to interact with some of the most talented African American artists of the 21st century. It was their lasting and impactful experience to work as a filmmaker.

Through the documentary, director Sam Pollard introduces the art of black history. He builds an opportunity for more younger black aspiring generation artists to come forward and made their contribution.
