Paneer Sandwich with a special touch of tamarind

Paneer is the best source of protein and conjugated linoleic acid that increases the fat burning process in the body. So, those who want to lose weight and have protein deficiency were preferred to add paneer in their diet.  It is also good for pregnant women as it fulfills protein requirements in their bodies.

Ingredients required

  • Bread Slices (Whole-wheat/ Normal) – 4
  • Paneer Slices- 4 to 6
  • Tamarind extract- 2 teaspoons
  • Sweet chili sauce- 1 teaspoon
  • Mint sauce- 2 teaspoons
  • Chaat Masala- 1 teaspoon
  • Onion- 1 (Cut in short and thin strips)
  • Tomato-1 (Cut in Slices)
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Garlic Cloves- 2 to 3 (fry for 1 to 2 minutes) (Avoid if you don’t eat)
  • Refined oil- 2 teaspoons
  • Butter- 10 to 20 grams
  • Chili flakes or red chili- as per taste

Recipe for special paneer sandwich

Take a bowl and add tamarind extract, sweet chili sauce, mint sauce, and chaat masala. Mix all things.

Now take the bread and apply butter on it.

On the bread slice, add thin strips of onion, sliced tomato, and salt as per your taste.

Now dip the paneer in the batter prepare above and place it over the bread.

Add Chili flakes or chili powder as per your taste.

Add some fried garlic on it.

Put another slice of bread over it and apply some refined oil on the toast or pan in which you are cooking, to avoid sticking.

Cook the bread from both sides till a beautiful golden color appears and your paneer sandwich with tamarind touch is ready to eat.

Serve it hot with tomato ketch and any chutney.

Potato and peas Sandwich

Vegetables are always good for our health and potato and peas are a great mixture to cook. It is a complete meal for one time and healthy for our body.

Ingredients Required

  • Boiled Peas- 1 Big Bowl
  • Boiled and grated potatoes- 3
  • Bread Slices- 6
  • Green chilies- 2 (finely chopped)
  • Curry powder- ½ teaspoons
  • Coriander Powder- ¼ teaspoons
  • Red Chili Powder- ¼ teaspoons or as per your taste
  • Olive Oil or refined oil- 2 teaspoons
  • Butter- as required
  • Salt- as per taste

Recipe for Potato and Peas Sandwich

 Put the pan on the flame and add olive oil or refined oil on it.

After the oil is hot, add green chilies and boiled grated potato and cook for a few minutes.

Now add curry powder, boiled peas, and coriander powder, salt, and red chili powder.

Mix the mixture properly, mash peas and potato, and cook it for 2-3 minutes.

Once it is done, remove the pan from the flame and let it cool down.

Take two slices of bread and apply butter on it properly.

Now apply the mixture on the one bread slice and cover it another slice and serve it.

Spinach Corn Sandwich

Spinach is a rich source of iron, fiber, vitamin A and Vitamin E and Corn is rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. The combination of both is an interesting food that is good in taste and healthy.

Ingredients Required

  • Corn- 1 Bowl (Boiled)
  • Spinach- 1 Bowl (finely chopped)
  • Garlic- 2-3 Cloves (finely chopped)
  • Butter- as per requirement
  • All-Purpose Flour- 2-3 teaspoons
  • Milk- 1 cup
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Red Chili Flakes- as per requirement
  • Cheese- ½ Cup (grated)
  • Pepper- ½ teaspoons
  • Bread Slices- 4

Recipe for Spinach Corn Sandwich

Heat the pan and put some butter on it.

Once it is melted, add chopped garlic and cook for a minute.

Then add boiled corn in the pan and mix well. Cook it for 2 minutes.

Now add chopped spinach and mix well. Cook it for a couple of minutes.

Add all-purpose flour and stir constantly for 1 to 2 minutes.

Once it is done, add milk.

Tip: Prefer refrigerant milk, it avoids lumps in the flour.

Mix all things and let the milk boil.

Put the flame low and get the mixture thick. Stir the batter occasionally.

Once the paste is thick, add salt, chili flakes, and black pepper and mix well.

Add cheese (some or more as per your choice) and turn off the flame.

Let the mixture cool down.

Take two bread slices and spread the above mixture over it and cover it another slice.

Heat the grill pan or non-stick pan or sandwich toaster whichever you had and grease it with butter.

Apply butter on top of both bread slices.

Once pan heated put bread on the pan and cook it till it crisp from both sides.

Then switch off the gas and serve it hot.

Avocado dip Sandwich

Avocado Dip Recipe

Take an avocado and cut it half and remove its seed.

To scoop out the peel, cut it into small pieces with a knife.

Remove avocado pieces with the spoon and add it in a bowl.

Mash Avocado with the fork and make a paste.

Add salt, black pepper, chopped onion, chopped tomato, green chili chopped.

Add lemon juice and mix well.

  • Spring Onion-1 (Finely chopped)
  • Carrot- 1 (Grated)
  • Capsicum- 1 (Finely chopped)
  • Beetroot- 1 (Finely chopped)
  • Garlic Cheese spread
  • Jeera- 1 tablespoon
  • Black Pepper- ½ tablespoons
  • Oregano- ½ tablespoons
  • Chili- 1 or 2 as per your taste (finely chopped)
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Red chili flakes- as per taste
  • Coriander leaves

Recipe for the vegetable cream cheese sandwich

Add some cream cheese spread in a bowl.

Add chopped capsicum, carrot, beetroot, spring onion, coriander, chili with the cream and mix well.

Now add salt, pepper, red chili flakes, oregano to the mix, and still well.

Tip: Add salt as per veggies because cheese contains its salt.

Take two bread slices and cut its corner.

Apply the mix to the bread evenly.
