With only 2 weeks before the premiere of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Marvel has released teasers of the film. And fans are coming up with different theories.
The latest teaser focuses on the alliance of Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) and Wanda Maximoff (Elizbeth Olsen). The teaser shows the two of them trying to fight the multiverse. Wanda’s advice to Stephen gives us goosebumps. She says “Try not to break the Multiverse, Stephen.”
Although the Multiverse is dangerous, Doctor Strange is ready to break the rules of the multiple dimensions. The movie will also show certain references to Marvel’s series “What if…?” and “Wanda Vision”
What to expect?
The new teaser also has a scene where Wanda played by Elizabeth Olsen is trapped in what seems to be the mirror dimension. That could mean she’s under attack by Karl Mordo (Chiwetel Ejiofor). Aside from Wanda, Strange is also getting help from his old friend Wong (Benedict Wong) and a new addition to the marvel universe-Xochitl Gomez’s America Chavez, a heroine capable of jumping through dimensions. Even then all this help is not enough as Starneg has to fight all kinds of creatures such as squids, zombies and an evil version of himself calling himself Dark Strange.

Is it a horror film?
MCU chief Kevin Feige has said that this will be Marvel’s first horror film. The movie will show some freaky and more intense images. Considering this MPAA (Motion Pictures Association) has rated this movie underPG-13.
With Sam Raimi as the director, fans are more eager to see how he uses the horror background and experience in this movie. Sam Raimi is also the director of Spider-Man 1 and 2, movies like Drag me to hell, The Gift has made him a kind of expert in this area.
There is still a lot of suspense as to what extent Dark Strange is dangerous and what will happen to the multiverse, but we might have to wait for the movie to be released. The movie releases on the 6th of May.
