We are all practicing social distancing and finding out ways to engage ourselves during this pandemic. -GET GOOD SLEEP
Taking good sleep is extremely important because it helps to rejuvenate the body providing energy to start the next day. It improves mental and physical health, results in the healthy functioning of the brain. Good sleep has proved to reduce stress. Therefore, it is advised to get atleast 7-8 hours of sleep daily.
Doing exercise is a must. I feel if not for 30-35 minutes in a day devoting even 15-20 minutes to your body works. It opens up your mind and body energizing you and reduces the risk of diseases especially related to the heart. It keeps your heart, mind, body, and soul active.
Drinking water is also highly recommended because it provides the following benefits –

2. Keeps you fresh
3. Keeps the joints lubricated
4. Helps deliver nutrients to the cells
5. Prevents infections
6. Keeps the skin rejuvenated
In short, it helps to keep the body fresh and on the go through regular cleansing inside-out.

Maintaining a balanced and healthy diet also reduces the risk of disease. Including fruits and vegetables in your diet results in strong bones, teeth, improved memory. It balances the entire functioning of the body. A balanced diet also uplifts your mood keeping you healthy, active, and lively throughout the day.
-LEMON SQUEEZED WATER
Lemon squeezed water is also advised by many. Squeezing some lemon in luke-warm water or sometimes having at room temperature also works. One of the benefits being it helping in waking your mind and body.

MUST HAVE FRUITS
Fruits like apples, oranges, bananas are some of the ones which are highly advised to have.
