What is the plot of the series? 

The story set in the16th century in the fictional place “Paurashpur” which revolves around the kingdom ruled by men where women are treated as objects.

Women have no rights in society, no status, and only used by men to meet their sexual desires. The kingdom itself ruled by misogynistic man King Bhadra Pratap Singh who treated his wives for sexual pleasure.

The fate of the queen in this kingdom has become the picture on the wall. The Bhadra’s first wife Meeravati involved in the business to provide queens to meet his husband’s sexual needs and planning her ascent to the throne.

According to her-“The queens who are being unsuccessful to bring pleasure to the king has no right to live. “However the new queen in the kingdom disappeared which created chaos and suspense.

What is the cast in the series?

This magnum opus series stars a powerful cast that includes Milind Soman, Shilpa Shinde, Shaheer Sheikh, Annu Kapoor, Poulomi das, and more in lead roles.

The kingdom ruled by lecherous King Bhadra Pratap Singh plays as Annu Kapoor who treated women as objects and used them to satisfy their sexual pleasure. He has known his roles in Mr. India, Vicky Donor, and Jolly LLB 2.

Shilpa Shinde is the king’s first wife Queen Meerwati who is looking beautiful in her character as queen. Her character justifies as – “Beauty with a brain”.She known for her roles in Star Plus’s soap opera Bhabhi and &TV’s sitcom Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai and gained popularity as a winner in Bigg Boss 11.

Milind Soman will be playing the character of Boris as transgender in this period drama. He is fearless and looking stunning in his character. Milind Soman is an Indian supermodel, actor, film producer, and fitness promoter.

Poulomi Das plays as chambermaid to Queen Meerawati Kala. Her beauty and bravery will lead to her becoming the queen one day. She known for portraying the role of Baby on Star Plus’s soap opera Suhani Si Ek Ladki.

Shaheer Sheikh plays the character of the brave and powerful king as Veer Singh. He known for playing the warrior prince Arjun in Mahabharat, Dev Dixit in Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi.
