The premise of Wrong Side of the Tracks centers around a former soldier and hardware store owner Tirso Abantos. When his granddaughter is brutally attacked, his routine is disturbed and he seeks retribution from the local criminals with the aid of dishonest police officer Ezequiel. In the Wrong Side of the Tracks season 2, Nelson is compelled to serve as a mole for the police in the second season of the show. Tirso appears to grow closer to Gladys and his children, as the perpetrator of Irene’s rape becomes increasingly apparent in the second season of the thriller series.
