Hometown cha cha cha is a 2021 south Korean TV series. The series aired on 28 August till 17 October. In that course, the series marked first place in the most watched non-English series on Netflix’s list. This is undoubtedly one of the Korean series to watch on Netflix.
The story is about two people destined to cross paths in the seaside village of Gongjin. The lead, Yoon Hye-jin (Shin Min-a) is a bright and pretty dentist. She works for a high-class doctor who turns out is a fraud. Hye-jin who finds out about this loses her job. This forces her to embark on a peaceful journey in Gongjin. There she meets this friendly neighbour who is adored by absolutely everyone in the village, Hong Du-sik (Kim Seon-ho). The two are acquainted on many occasions and developed similar interests.

Nevertheless is a 2021 romantic drama series. The series is originally based on a webtoon of the same name. All the episodes were then released on Netflix and were made available worldwide.
The story involves two very different people. The sculptural department of Hongseo University has two very opposite people who are set on an unusual course. Starring Han So-hee as Yoo Na-bi who has given up on love due to a bad experience with her previous love interest and Song Kang as Park Jae-eon who thinks relationships are complicated. The two of them had decided not to do certain things…and in the course, they actually do those things.

It’s okay to not be okay is the 2020 romantic-comedy drama series on Netflix. The series makes you laugh, cry, makes you go aww… and it heals you!
The story involves an older brother with autism, his younger brother and a famous children’s book writer. Kim Soo-hyun as Moon Gang-tae plays the role of the younger brother while Oh Jung-se as Moon Sang-tae plays the autistic brother. Seo Yea-ji as Ko Moon-young plays the role of a famous book writer. Moon-young has an antisocial personality disorder. She develops an instant connection with Gang-tae who works in the psychiatric ward. This series has a feel-good factor in it and is surely one of the Korean series to watch on Netflix.

Crash Landing on You
Crash Landing on You is an adventure- romantic drama series of 2019. This is a South Korean series which aired on Netflix in December 2019 and continued till February 2020. The movie basically follows ‘Keep your friends close and enemies closer!’.
The series is about a South Korean businesswoman who while paragliding in Seoul, comes under the influence of a storm. The store sweeps her into north Korea’s Demilitarized zone (DMZ). There she meets the captain of the Korean People’s Army, Ri Jeong-hyeok (Hyun Bin). The unexpected crossing surprises the audience and creates a sweet love story!

Romance in the workplace has very different feelings. Your workplace is like a second home and being with that person for such a long time either makes things really weird or more fun! This kind of fun and awkwardness is portrayed in this romantic comedy.

What’s more entertaining than K-Drama… well it’s Korean crime drama! Vincenzo a 2021 crime drama series was made available via Netflix to the whole wide world. The series also maintained its rank in the Top 10 most-watched list on Netflix.
The story revolves around the lead of the series Park Joo-hyung (played by Song Joong-ki), who was adopted by the Italian family when he was eight. Later he joined the mafia and is renamed Vincenzo Cassano, and becomes a lawyer. In a mission to recover 1.5 tons of gold stashed in Seoul, he meets Hong Cha-young (played by Jeon Yeo-been). Later she joins Vincenzo in his mission.

My ID is Gangnam Beauty
Gangnam Beauty is a South Korean series based on a webtoon of the same name. The series is one of the best Korean series to watch on Netflix. The story talks about a girl, Kang Mi-rae (Im Soo-hyang)who undergoes cosmetic surgery to stop her bullies from ridiculing her.
Although the surgery backfires on her when her classmates start bullying her because of he artificial looks. The bullies start calling her names like ‘Gangnam plastic surgery monster’. In the process of recovering from the trauma, she meets Do Kyung-seok (Cha Eun-woo) who appreciates true beauty and doesn’t care about facial beauty.

Sweet Home
Sweet home is a South Korean horror movie based in apocalyptic times. The series is based on a webtoon of the same name and ranked the most watched on Netflix. For those who have followed sweet home so far, season 2 and season 3 are in working.
For the newcomers, the story is about a boy who leaves his house and shifts into a new apartment where he finds himself surrounded by monsters. Song Kang as Cha Hyun-soo and his neighbours who are trapped inside the house must save themselves and try to stay alive amidst the monster attack.

All of us are dead is coming off age and a zombie horror movie. The series takes place in a high school where the lives of students are threatened by a zombie outbreak. The series is full of teenagers trying to pass through the panic situation and keep themselves alive!
