The Forgotten Army: Storyline
Based on 1999 documentary and true events, the Amazon original series of 2020 shows the brave fighters who fought an armed war for the independence of India under the guidance of powerful leader Subhas Chandra Bose. The series focuses on the Indian National Army (Azad Hind Fauj) which was made by Indian POWs, who were captured after the fall of Singapore.

This series is the most ambitious project of his life that was announced in December 2017. He tracked down two more important veterans of the Indian National army in the series, Captain Lakshmi Sehgal and Colonel Gurubaksh Singh Dhillon.
