Tom Holland-24-year-old British actor who made his debut as the web-slinger from New York in 2016’s “Captain America: Civil War” scaling dizzying heights of stardom and recognized as a Marvel superstar.
How Tom Holland went from a theater kid to Marvel superstar at an early age. At a very young age, some twelve-year-old Holland made his debut in “Billy Elliot the Musical” in September 2008. After “Billy Elliott,” Holland starred in the 2012 movie “The Impossible”.
As he is a fan of web-slinger Spider-Man, he took an audition for that the iconic role of Peter Parker/Spider-Man.In 2016, Holland made his debut as Spider-Man in Captain America: Civil War.
Before earning the chance to carry his feature with Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2017, Holland worked with Marvel Cinematic Universe and cast and reprised his superhero role in the ensemble blockbusters Avengers: Infinity War in and Avengers: Endgame 2019 and with Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019).
Tom Holland received praise for his portrayal of the web-swinging hero and people loved their character. He was meant to overshadow every other Peter Parker in the history of the franchise.

The Impossible
The Impossible is the gripping drama film directed by J. A. Bayona and written by Sergio G. Sánchez released in January 2013.
Based on the true event of one of the survivors, Maria Belon with her family, caught with the destruction when the tsunami hit in 2012.
The grieving experienced after the hit is well executed in film with lead characters Naomi, Ewan McGregor, and Tom Holland.
In one of the interviews, Bayona says”Ewan, Naomi, and Tom threw themselves into the characters in a very brutal way”. Holland was just 13, when he auditioned to play the eldest son of Watts and Ewan McGregor’s characters as Lucas in Juan Antonio Bayona’s film.

While spending a carefree winter holiday with his family Henry (Ewan McGregor) and their three sons in Thailand, Maria (Naomi Watts) holiday turns into a nightmare, and the whole family becomes torn apart when an unwelcome, deadly tsunami hit the area.
The story revolves around the struggle and the challenges faced by Maria and his brother Lucas. For the survival without knowing his family is still alive or not.

Holland voices Ian, younger brother to Pratt’s Barley. He shared his thoughts on how he relates to the character Ian as Ian is a shy teenager celebrating his 16th birthday.
He added, “The similarities between Ian and me go back to more when I was sort of in my early teens, 12, 13,” Holland said. “I was a little bit of an introvert. I was a very nervous kid, and I had a hard time at school.
“It wasn’t until I went on this adventure that was Billy Elliot when I sort of came out of my shell.
I became more confident in myself and believed in myself,” he said. Ian reminded Holland of himself before he joined the West End production of Billy Elliot in the title role.

The Devil All the Time
The Devil All the Time is an American mystery film, produced by Jake Gyllenhaal released in 2020 some days ago.
The film is based on the novel of the same name by Donald Ray Pollock. Tom Holland played an accessible character that could connect with and root for.
In the panel, Holland shared his thoughts with the Hollywood Reporter when he got that chance to play Arvin’s character “I had to put a lot of trust in Antonio because this is not the type of movie I’ve typically made in the past,” He added “I was nervous and scared coming on set for the first time.
I didn’t know I had it in me to play this type of character.
The story set in rural southern Ohio and West Virginia, after the end of World War II to the 1960s.
