What is the plot of the series?
The crime drama series revolves around the women Anuradha Chandra. The wife of the successful and highly respected lawyer Bikram Chandra who stabbed his husband on one particular night.
The next day she has been arrested by the police in charge of murdering her husband. She confronted her crime in front of police and her 13 year-old-daughter Rhea witnesses the unfortunate incident.
However, it is anything but an open-and-shut case. Since Bikram Chandra is one of the high-profile lawyers in his profession. No other lawyer is ready to take the case in Anu’s defense.
Except for Madhav Mishra who left his wife on his wedding night. Join his colleague Nikhat Hussai who fight in defense of Anu. But this around, the case is not as simple for Madhav Mishra. As his client is refusing to speak in her defense and admit the crime.

The series assembles the brilliant and talented cast in the gripping tale of courtroom drama. Pankaj Tripathi back again with his stellar performance to continue his character of the lawyer Madhav Mishra who took over the case in criminal defense along with his colleague Nikhat Hussein once again played by Anupriya Goenka.

Jissu Sengupta made his debut in showbiz through Bengali TV series, Mahaprabhu where he portrayed the role of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu.
