Donny Boaz began his modeling career as a male model in Milan, Italy, for brands such as Abercrombie, Mothers Against Drunk Driving, and runway work. However, a Calvin Klein underwear shot cost him his university scholarship just before his junior year at Southwestern Assemblies of God University since the school didn’t think modeling men’s underwear was very “Christ-like.” Boaz spent the following six years working as a model in several places after losing his scholarship.
He moved back to Dallas in 2003 from Paris, France, to seek a career as a working actor. Boaz competed in the “America’s Sexiest Man” contest that same year, with one of the awards being a multi-episode stint on the soap opera All My Children; he then went on to Guiding Light and appeared in several episodes.
He auditioned for various projects despite having no professional acting experience, including the character of “Pfc. Patrick Miller” in the television movie Saving Jessica Lynch. Later on, he was able to leverage the part’s experience to assist him to land the role of “Buckley” in the television series SIX. Boaz worked with filmmaker Angelo Pizzo in the film My All American in 2015, where he played “Bill Bradley.”

When Boaz graduated from high school, he abides given a university scholarship. Boaz has no professional training as an actor. In the theatre, he did nothing. Boaz didn’t enroll in any classes or do anything of the sort. He abides a man who simply believed he would enjoy acting and began auditioning for roles that would allow him to gain some experience. Boaz even entered contests where the winners were awarded modest guest roles on soap operas and other similar shows. He fared well, landing a few minor jobs along the way, and gaining enough experience to land the role he’s currently performing in 2019.
People don’t know much about his family, but based on images on his Instagram feed, he is a man with a large number of nieces and nephews.
